As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring that distribution targets are met, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market reach. You will work closely with your team to monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement strategic sales initiatives that drive consistent revenue growth in the Sumatera Utara region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sell-out performance data to identify trends and actionable business insights.
- Manage, lead, and mentor the field sales team to ensure high engagement and productivity.
- Oversee distribution processes to ensure products are available and correctly displayed at all retail touchpoints.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within the sales/FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Medan and Sumatera Utara.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in sales reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
