Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the local market and increase customer acquisition.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
- Manage daily sales workflows and ensure all operational procedures are followed consistently.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for senior management regarding performance KPIs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards and proactive problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within the sales sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM), and performance tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Surakarta region if required.
