Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plastic packaging products
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable coaching to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in the packaging industry
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and negotiation techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of plastic packaging industry and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
