Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for leadership and market expansion? Ulam Tiba Halim is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to spearhead our distribution operations in the Bengkulu region.

In this critical role, you will act as the primary representative of the company, overseeing daily sales activities and ensuring that our distribution targets are consistently met. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, coaching them to excellence, and developing strategies to capture new market opportunities within your designated area. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Bengkulu area.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales personnel to ensure high performance and service standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust tactical approaches and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate performance and provide on-the-spot coaching to the sales force.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors to secure product availability and visibility.
  • Analyze sales reports and data to identify performance gaps and implement actionable improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and distribution guidelines in the field.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales Supervision or Area Management, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Deep understanding of distribution channels and local market dynamics in Bengkulu.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and coach direct reports.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle; willingness to travel within the assigned territory is essential.
