In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality product line and the industrial sector, driving growth and expanding our footprint in the Indonesian market.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, mentor junior talent, and cultivate long-term partnerships with key corporate accounts. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable with field visits, contract negotiations, and data-driven sales performance tracking. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and service quality.
- Identify and prospect new corporate accounts while maintaining relationships with existing key clients.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical negotiations with potential business partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales approach and product positioning.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial, electrical, or manufacturing sector.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a sales team or acting as a senior team lead.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Jakarta Raya area for client meetings and field supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
