- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives to achieve and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market share in key sectors.
- Cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract closing, and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between the local sales team and international/overseas stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
- Prepare regular, accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities and foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed challenging sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
