Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned BPJS sub-area.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with hospital procurement teams, clinics, and BPJS stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and national pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to provide on-the-job coaching and ensure product visibility.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance forecasts for regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, specifically dealing with BPJS/Institutional accounts.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian BPJS Kesehatan system and pharmaceutical procurement processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the Jakarta Timur area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
