In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our regional distribution strategy, ensuring that our flagship 'ESSE' brand and its diverse variants reach their full market potential.

As our Sales Supervisor, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. You will be responsible for translating high-level sales targets into actionable daily plans, optimizing route-to-market strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with our distribution partners. If you possess a sharp commercial acumen, a passion for leadership, and a proven track record in sales management, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of sales personnel to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market performance data to identify growth opportunities within the Langsa area.
  • Execute distribution strategies to maximize the visibility and availability of ESSE products across all retail channels.
  • Coordinate with the depo team to ensure efficient inventory management and stock replenishment cycles.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor market activities, competitor movements, and team execution.
  • Resolve operational issues at the depo level to ensure seamless supply chain and delivery processes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales performance reports for regional management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervisory roles, preferably within the FMCG or tobacco industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate field sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of distribution networks and retail operations in the Aceh region.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
  • Willingness to be based in Langsa and travel within the assigned territory as required.
