Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives and promoters in the field.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular sales audits, inventory checks, and training sessions for retail staff.
- Manage trade marketing activities and ensure brand visibility standards are met at all points of sale.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics for the regional management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and coaching field teams.
- Deep understanding of the Central Java retail market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
