As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coaching your team, and ensuring that our brand presence remains dominant in key retail channels. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives and promoters in the field.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, dealers, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular sales audits, inventory checks, and training sessions for retail staff.
  • Manage trade marketing activities and ensure brand visibility standards are met at all points of sale.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics for the regional management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and coaching field teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Central Java retail market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
