PT Perkasa Gemilang Distrindo is a leading distribution company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team in Pati. In this key role, you will be the backbone of our regional sales operations, leading field activities to ensure market penetration and excellence in customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily outlet visits, coaching sales representatives, and ensuring that our product availability meets the demands of our diverse customer base.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to mapped outlets to monitor performance and identify potential growth areas.
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure daily productivity and professional conduct.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing outlet concerns and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the Pati region to adjust tactical approaches accordingly.
- Manage distribution and product availability to ensure zero stock-outs at the outlet level.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide actionable insights to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any major.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the FMCG or distribution industry.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Pati and surrounding areas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the designated territory.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and reporting tools.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and have own transportation.
