Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the pharmaceutical sales team across Yogyakarta/Solo territories

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of local Yogyakarta/Solo healthcare market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite
