- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to regional market dynamics

- Oversee product distribution logistics and inventory management

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision or team leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
