In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of our sales operations, ensuring that our products are available, visible, and optimally positioned in the market. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can manage field visits, analyze sales data, and maintain strong relationships with retail partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular market surveys and field visits to various retail outlets.
- Monitoring product availability, inventory levels, and stock rotation.
- Ensuring proper product display, merchandising standards, and promotional material placement.
- Collecting accurate sales data and reporting findings to the sales manager.
- Maintaining excellent communication and rapport with store owners and sales staff.
- Identifying sales opportunities and resolving on-site product issues.
- Assisting in the execution of sales strategies and daily operational tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid Indonesian Driver's License (SIM C).
- Ability to travel to different locations and work independently.
- Diligent, responsible, and able to work full-time hours.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
