Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and acquire new customers for Shariah-compliant Hajj savings products in the Gorontalo area
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our specialized Hajj savings program to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term commitment
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective customer acquisition strategies
- Provide accurate information about Shariah principles applicable to Hajj savings and financial planning
- Follow up with interested customers to address inquiries and facilitate the enrollment process
- Stay updated on Shariah financial regulations and product offerings to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in financial services or Shariah-compliant products
- Good understanding of Islamic finance principles and Shariah banking concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Self-motivated with a strong target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Validated knowledge of the local Gorontalo market and community needs
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in customer financial matters
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up processes
