In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for bridging the gap between our high-quality products and our valued customers.
As a Sales Taking Order, you will manage a dedicated route, visiting existing and potential clients to ensure their needs are met, orders are processed accurately, and our service quality remains second to none. This position is perfect for someone who excels in relationship building, enjoys being in the field, and is driven by achieving sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular visits to assigned customers to maintain high-level engagement.
- Effectively present and promote company products to prospective and existing clients.
- Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring timely submission to the office.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Actively pursue and achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide constructive feedback to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education background of High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Sales, Field Marketing, or as a Taking Order (TO) is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and own a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Target-oriented and motivated to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with the Jawa Barat area and local market dynamics is a plus.
