LUBCON LUBRICANTS INDONESIA is seeking a results-driven Sales Technical Area specialist to join our expanding team in Semarang. As a global leader in high-performance specialty lubricants, we are looking for a candidate who can bridge the gap between technical excellence and commercial growth.

In this role, you will be the face of LUBCON, managing key industrial accounts and providing technical solutions that optimize machinery performance. You will engage with maintenance teams, production managers, and decision-makers across the manufacturing sector in Central Java. If you possess a blend of technical aptitude and sales negotiation skills, we invite you to help us drive industrial innovation.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets in the Semarang area.
  • Identify and prospect new industrial clients within the manufacturing, automotive, and heavy industry sectors.
  • Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to improve customer machinery reliability.
  • Conduct on-site machine assessments, product trials, and lubrication surveys at client facilities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare professional quotations, technical reports, and sales presentations for potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering team to resolve complex lubrication issues for clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in industrial lubricants or machinery spare parts.
  • Strong understanding of industrial machinery and lubrication technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Central Java region to visit customer sites.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).
