Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training modules regarding Assa Rent services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential corporate and individual clients in the Palembang region.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Engage in client meetings, product presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of rental services.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set during the bootcamp period.
- Develop a deep understanding of vehicle leasing, fleet management, and logistics solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; maximum 2 years of work experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A/C) and own transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to be stationed in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.
