Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, customize, and localize comprehensive sales training materials and playbooks.
- Conduct onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure rapid time-to-productivity.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify training needs and knowledge gaps within the team.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, role-playing sessions, and product training modules.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to align training initiatives with company revenue objectives.
- Implement continuous improvement processes for training delivery based on feedback and market results.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and field observation to enhance individual sales effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales training, coaching, or instructional design.
- Deep understanding of modern sales techniques, CRM software, and consultative selling processes.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable training improvements.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
