- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive sales training programs nationwide
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales teams to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
- Create engaging training materials including presentations, role-play scenarios, and e-learning content
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Coordinate with marketing department to align sales training with brand voice and campaigns
- Facilitate workshops on negotiation, customer relationship management, and closing techniques
- Stay current with industry trends to incorporate innovative sales methodologies
- Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and adjust programs accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales training or sales leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and performance metrics
- Experience with CRM systems and e-learning platforms
- Certification in sales training or adult education preferred
