Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners across Jakarta.
- Execute daily sales activities to meet or exceed individual and team monthly targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate retailers on the unique selling points of our vape product lines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Manage inventory levels at client locations to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, visit summaries, and performance metrics for management review.
- Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field marketing (experience in the tobacco or vape industry is highly preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle for daily field visits.
- Proficient in using mobile applications for reporting and communication.
- Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
