- Oversee daily salon operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Lead and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets
- Implement and monitor online booking systems to optimize appointment scheduling and client flow
- Drive sales growth through service promotions, retail product recommendations, and upselling techniques
- Monitor key performance metrics including revenue, customer retention, and staff productivity
- Handle client inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the salon's customer base
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in salon management or supervisory role within the beauty industry
- Proven track record in staff training, performance management, and team development
- Strong knowledge of salon operations, service pricing, and inventory control systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Proficiency in salon management software and online booking platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid cosmetology license or relevant industry certification preferred
