Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for clients.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing ongoing training to ensure high service standards.
- Manage the digital and walk-in booking systems to maximize branch capacity and minimize downtime.
- Drive branch revenue through proactive sales initiatives, service promotion, and customer loyalty programs.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for professional salon supplies and retail products.
- Prepare regular financial and performance reports for ownership review.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Spa Manager, or in a similar operational leadership role.
- Strong background in staff supervision and team leadership.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using salon booking software and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving sales KPIs.
