As a Salon & Spa Cashier, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, handling transactions, managing appointments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
  • Manage appointment scheduling and provide information about services and pricing
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Process payments and provide accurate change when necessary
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Assist with inventory management of retail products
  • Upsell salon and spa services and products to customers
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure smooth customer flow

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Basic understanding of English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
