As a Salon & Spa Cashier, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, handling transactions, managing appointments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Manage appointment scheduling and provide information about services and pricing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and provide accurate change when necessary
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Assist with inventory management of retail products
- Upsell salon and spa services and products to customers
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure smooth customer flow
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Basic understanding of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
