We offer a competitive remuneration package of RM 12,000 – RM 18,000 per month for the right candidate. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the salon to ensure maximum efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and mentor hair stylists, beauticians, and support staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and health regulations within the salon environment.
- Greet clients warmly, address inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels of hair products, equipment, and supplies to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a supervisory role within a salon or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of hair care products, styling tools, and beauty industry trends.
- Valid customer service certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
