Tanggung Jawab
- Lead ABAP development teams in designing, coding, testing, and deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Architect and implement technical specifications for ABAP programs, interfaces, and customizations
- Guide S/4HANA migration projects using RISE (Run SAP) methodologies
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance for ABAP developments
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Provide technical mentorship and training to junior developers
- Document technical specifications, processes, and solution architectures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years SAP ABAP development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA migration and RISE implementation methodologies
- Strong knowledge of retail industry SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO)
- Advanced ABAP skills including BADI, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA or ABAP development preferred
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in complex transformation projects
