Tanggung Jawab
- Lead SAP Basis administration including user provisioning, authorization management, and system monitoring
- Execute system transports, upgrades, and migrations across development, QA, and production environments
- Design and implement high-availability solutions for mission-critical SAP systems
- Develop comprehensive documentation for SAP processes, configurations, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP implementations and customizations
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with security policies and implement access controls
- Stay current with SAP technology trends and recommend optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience with S/4HANA
- SAP Certified Technology Associate certification required
- Expertise in SAP system landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA), installation, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, authorization objects, and role design
- Experience with SAP HANA administration and database optimization
- Proficient in OS/DB migration and system refresh methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
