Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and configure SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) to meet organizational requirements
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects including blueprinting, testing, and deployment
- Develop comprehensive documentation including functional specifications and user manuals
- Provide hands-on support for SAP system optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Train key users and stakeholders on SAP functionalities and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business goals
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of SAP consulting experience with implementation/configuration expertise
- Strong proficiency in at least two SAP core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM)
- SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly desirable
- Proven experience in business process analysis and gap analysis methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective stakeholder communication
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects is a plus
