Tanggung Jawab
- Perform SAP FICO configuration and customization to align with business requirements
- Analyze financial processes and translate business needs into SAP solutions
- Manage end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules
- Handle change requests (CR) with proper documentation and testing
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI/CO and other modules
- Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
- Develop financial reporting templates and custom solutions
- Train end-users on SAP financial processes and system usage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience
- Strong understanding of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center) modules
- Proven experience in SAP implementation projects and support cycles
- Expertise in business process analysis and solution design
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration scenarios
- Certification in SAP FICO (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
