Tanggung Jawab
- Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and optimization projects for retail clients
- Manage financial close processes, reporting, and internal controls
- Develop and maintain financial accounting configurations in SAP
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define finance requirements
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience in S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of retail industry financial processes
- SAP certification (SAP Certified Application Associate preferred)
- Experience with financial reporting and internal controls
- Proficiency in SAP FI, CO, and new GL modules
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
