We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Module Manager to lead critical financial system implementations for our retail industry client. You will spearhead end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support, while mentoring cross-functional teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee SAP FICO module implementation, configuration, and customization in S/4HANA environment
- Lead project teams through full lifecycle delivery, including UAT, training, and go-live support
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to define requirements and align system capabilities with business objectives
- Ensure data integrity, compliance with local financial regulations, and SOX requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user manuals
- Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and solution upgrades
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external SAP consultants for specialized tasks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years SAP FICO implementation experience with S/4HANA migration expertise
- Proven track record in leading SAP projects within retail or consumer goods industry
- SAP certification in FICO module (preferred) or equivalent technical qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of FI/CO configuration, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and CO-PA
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in team leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication
