Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive functional testing of SAP PP module to ensure system reliability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across 12 regional plants, providing timely and effective solutions
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance production planning efficiency
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement SAP PP enhancements and customizations
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP PP processes, configurations, and best practices
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PP functionality and features
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Stay updated on SAP PP developments and new features to recommend relevant implementations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as SAP PP Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP PP module including master data, MRP, capacity planning, and production orders
- Experience working in manufacturing or production planning environment
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in SAP PP module is highly desirable
