Intertama Trikencana Bersinar is seeking a dedicated Sarjana Peternakan to join our dynamic team in Subang, Jawa Barat. This critical role involves comprehensive monitoring of daily farm/hatchery operations and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure optimal productivity and animal welfare. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in animal husbandry, biosecurity protocols, and quality control measures. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, maintaining accurate production records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to sustainable agricultural practices while developing expertise in modern livestock management systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily farm/hatchery operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
- Conduct regular health assessments of livestock and implement preventive care protocols
- Oversee feed management, sanitation procedures, and environmental controls
- Analyze production data and prepare operational reports for management review
- Coordinate with veterinary teams to address health concerns and treatment plans
- Implement biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks
- Train junior staff on proper handling techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records for equipment and supplies
Kualifikasi
- Sarjana degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related agricultural field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial livestock or hatchery operations
- Proficiency in SOP implementation and quality control methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for production data interpretation and reporting
- Certification in animal husbandry or farm management preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and variable weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder reporting
