Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional scalp and hair consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Perform specialized scalp treatments following established SOPs and safety protocols
- Provide personalized advice on scalp care routines and home maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated on the latest scalp care techniques, products, and industry trends
- Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and ensure proper sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management of scalp care products and treatment supplies
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in cosmetology, trichology, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in scalp care, hair treatments, or beauty industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow treatment protocols precisely
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of scalp conditions, hair types, and appropriate treatment methods
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training on company-specific procedures and products
