Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily credit card chargeback transactions to identify potential risks or discrepancies.
- Process and reconcile complex dispute escalations in accordance with local and international payment scheme regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external acquiring banks to ensure timely resolution of settlement issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all chargeback activities and correspondence.
- Conduct thorough investigations into transaction disputes, gathering evidence to support the bank's position.
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to customers regarding the status and resolution of their disputes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to settlement efficiency and error rates.
- Participate in system enhancements and workflow improvements to optimize the settlement process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations, specifically within credit card settlement or dispute management.
- In-depth knowledge of payment scheme regulations (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, etc.) and chargeback lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify patterns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and resolution.
