In this role, you will be the bridge between our publishing house and the local educational community, promoting and selling our high-quality educational materials to bookstores, kiosks, and institutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular sales visits to bookstores, kiosks, and educational outlets in the Pekalongan region.
- Presenting and demonstrating our comprehensive school book catalogues to potential and existing customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, stock levels, and customer feedback in daily reports.
- Ensuring product availability and effectively managing inventory levels with local partners.
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, and educators.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market reach within the assigned area.
- Assisting in the organization of promotional events, book launches, and school distribution drives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or High School Graduate (SMA/SMK) with a strong aptitude for sales and customer service.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or distribution is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Valid SIM (driving license) is a plus for traveling within the region.
- Resilient and target-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
