- Provide instructional leadership to enhance student learning outcomes and curriculum implementation.
- Oversee daily school operations, including facility management, safety protocols, and resource allocation.
- Manage and mentor teaching staff to promote professional development and high-quality instruction.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture that encourages student engagement and parent participation.
- Monitor student performance metrics and implement strategic interventions to address learning gaps.
- Prepare and manage the school’s annual budget, ensuring compliance with fiscal policies.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as a Professional Teacher.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or administrative capacity within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of national curriculum standards and school governance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in administrative software and digital literacy tools for school management.
