- Develop and implement engaging science curriculum aligned with MOE standards
- Deliver dynamic instruction through demonstrations, experiments, and interactive activities
- Assess student progress using formative and summative evaluation methods
- Foster inclusive classroom environments that encourage scientific inquiry and collaboration
- Utilize educational technology to enhance learning experiences and outcomes
- Organize science fairs, field trips, and extracurricular STEM activities
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress with stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
- Teaching certification (PGCE/Diploma in Education or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian science curriculum framework
- Proficiency in laboratory safety protocols and experimental design
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Experience with differentiated instruction for diverse learning needs
