Tanggung Jawab
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute comprehensive lesson plans in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology tailored to the secondary school curriculum.
- Laboratory Management: Conduct safe and effective practical science experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts and engage students.
- Student Assessment: Design and administer tests, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student understanding and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes student participation and safety.
- Parental Communication: Provide regular updates to parents regarding student progress and address any educational concerns effectively.
- Professional Development: Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to stay updated on educational trends.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
- Certification: Valid teaching certification recognized by the Ministry of Education (MOE) or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary school level is preferred.
- Subject Knowledge: Strong command of Chemistry, Physics, and Biology concepts.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
