As a Science Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in molding children not just academically, but also socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons that align with the school's curriculum and holistic educational standards.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages scientific inquiry, exploration, and hands-on learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Integrate social, emotional, and spiritual values into daily lesson plans to support the total development of the child.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student achievement and behavior.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities among students.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Major in Science, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License (LET passer) is required.
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in a basic education setting is preferred.
- Strong command of English and Filipino, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire young learners and manage a classroom effectively.
- Commitment to the values and mission of Schola Angelicus regarding holistic child development.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using digital tools and platforms for remote or hybrid learning.
