- Develop and implement comprehensive energy systems models to support Singapore's decarbonisation roadmap.
- Conduct techno-economic analysis of renewable energy integration and energy efficiency technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design sustainable manufacturing processes and value chains.
- Analyse large datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to optimise energy performance.
- Lead the preparation of research proposals, technical reports, and scientific publications.
- Present findings at international conferences and disseminate insights to industry and policy stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Deep expertise in energy systems modelling, simulation, and optimisation methods.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or Julia.
- Experience with energy system tools like TIMES, LEAP, or HOMER is a plus.
- Strong track record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary research environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
