Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure team alignment.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress, acting as a shield for the development team.
- Guide the team in Agile best practices and coach them towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage the backlog, refine user stories, and ensure priorities are aligned with business goals.
- Track and report on team metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to provide visibility into progress.
- Foster a culture of psychological safety and open communication within the team.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage expectations regarding project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar facilitation role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience in the Information Technology or Software Development industry.
- CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
