Innobooster is seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to elevate our digital presence and dominate search engine rankings. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll architect and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive sustainable organic growth. You'll conduct in-depth keyword research, optimize on-page content, and build authoritative backlinks to increase visibility across Google, Bing, and other search platforms.
This role requires a data-driven approach to analyze website performance, track algorithm updates, and implement technical optimizations. You'll collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all digital assets. - Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize website architecture for crawlability
- Perform keyword research and create content briefs targeting high-intent queries
- Execute link-building campaigns to establish domain authority
- Monitor SERP performance and competitor landscapes using SEO tools
- Analyze organic traffic metrics and generate monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO integration in all materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results
- Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console
- Strong technical understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Certifications in Google Analytics or HubSpot preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
