Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor CNC cutting machines and manual lathes to produce high-precision components according to technical blueprints.
- Set up tools, workpieces, and cutting parameters to ensure optimal machine performance and material utilization.
- Perform regular quality control inspections, including measuring dimensions and checking surface finishes to meet GD&T standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Document production data and report any machinery defects or material issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Operation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Second Cutter, CNC Operator, or similar role.
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Basic computer literacy for logging production data.
