As the QC Section Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our quality control department, managing and coordinating a team of dedicated inspectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Quality Control section to ensure product excellence.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards across the manufacturing process.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Quality Control staff to ensure high performance and adherence to protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Analyze product defects and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and performance metrics for senior management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality inspection tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is preferred.
