Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations including access control, surveillance systems, and incident response protocols
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage vendor relationships for security services, ensuring SLA compliance and cost optimization
- Lead security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Coordinate security training programs for staff and foster organizational security awareness
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Supervise security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to integrate security into business processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of security administration experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory compliance
- Experience with security technologies including SIEM, firewalls, and access control systems
- Certifications in CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and security service contracts
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in incident response planning and disaster recovery procedures
