Lintas Teknologi Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Security Analyst (SOC Analyst L2) to join our elite Security Operations Center team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the front line of defense, proactively identifying threats, managing complex incident responses, and hardening our security posture.
As an L2 Analyst, you will move beyond basic monitoring to perform deep-dive forensics, threat hunting, and strategic optimization of our detection capabilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead incident response efforts for critical security alerts, ensuring rapid containment and remediation.
- Perform proactive threat hunting to uncover hidden malicious activity within the network.
- Analyze, tune, and improve SIEM detection use cases to minimize false positives and enhance visibility.
- Conduct deep-dive forensic analysis on endpoint and network logs to identify the root cause of security incidents.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1 SOC Analysts during complex investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement security hardening measures based on threat intelligence findings.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all incidents, ensuring compliance with internal security policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a SOC or Incident Response environment.
- Strong proficiency with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar) and EDR solutions.
- Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and cybersecurity kill chain methodologies.
- Relevant industry certifications are highly preferred, such as GCIH, GCIA, CySA+, or CISSP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment as required for 24/7 security operations.
