Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security tools
- Triage security incidents to determine severity and potential impact
- Document security events and remediation actions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve vulnerabilities and implement patches
- Conduct initial investigations using forensic tools and log analysis
- Follow established playbooks for common security scenarios
- Participate in security awareness training and knowledge sharing sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or cybersecurity-related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT security or relevant internship
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments
- Basic understanding of threat intelligence and attack vectors
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
