We are currently seeking a visionary Security Architect to lead our 'Secure by Design' initiative.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security architectures that protect our digital assets and ensure business continuity. You will work closely with engineering teams to embed security into every layer of our technology stack, ensuring that we remain resilient against evolving cyber threats while maintaining our high standards of operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the enterprise security architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the 'Secure by Design' initiative to integrate security controls into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from the ground up.
- Conduct comprehensive threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews of new and existing systems.
- Oversee the implementation and governance of security tools, including SIEM, EDR, and cloud security solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and local data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Network Engineering, and Application Development, to resolve security vulnerabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert for security incidents and provide guidance during forensic investigations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Information Security, Information Technology, or Architecture roles.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CEH are strongly preferred.
- Proven experience designing secure architectures for large-scale, distributed systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, cryptography, and identity management (IAM).
- Experience working within the financial services or banking sector is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
