Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to identify and prioritize potential threats.
- Execute vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to ISO 27001, NIST, and local regulations.
- Respond to and remediate security incidents in a timely manner, documenting findings and recommending long-term preventive measures.
- Manage and maintain security policies, procedures, and knowledge base documentation for assigned client accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and consultants, to implement security hardening and infrastructure improvements.
- Conduct regular security awareness training sessions for client stakeholders to foster a security-first culture.
- Provide technical support and consultation regarding security solutions, configuration, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Security, or Managed Security Services.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, and vulnerability scanners (e.g., Nessus, Qualys).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and application security.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
