Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor CCTV camera systems 24/7 to identify suspicious activities and security threats
- Respond immediately to security alerts and coordinate with on-site security teams
- Document and report incidents using standardized security protocols
- Conduct regular patrols of mall premises to ensure physical security compliance
- Assist in emergency response procedures including fire, medical, and evacuation scenarios
- Collaborate with local law enforcement during investigations and incident reporting
- Maintain accurate logs of security activities and equipment functionality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred
- Valid security officer certification (Sertifikat Satpam) from Indonesian authorities
- Proficiency in using surveillance technology and alarm systems
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
